2025 monday night Winter league
League Information
- Games are held at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church (1033 West Park Ave. Ocean Township, NJ 07712)
- Season starts January 6th, ends late March/early April
- All games are Monday nights - games are at 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, & 9:00 PM
- Team registration includes: 8 regular season games, playoffs to eligible teams, 10 jerseys, 2 IAABO certified referees per game, & social media coverage
- Minimum roster size - 7. Maximum roster size - 10
- Top 6-8 teams make playoff
- A team’s first forfeit will result in 2 losses in the standings. A teams’ second forfeit will result in the team being ineligible for the playoffs
- Teams may add players to their roster’s up until their third game is played. Once a team plays its third game teams CANNOT add players. Rosters can not exceed 10 players
- Players who are added to teams after the season has started must play in at least 3 regular season games to be eligible for the playoffs
- A player cannot change teams after the season starts
- Fill in players are only allowed if 4 or fewer rostered players are available for a game. Fill in players cannot be players that play in the league on another team
- If a player does not wear their PBL provided jersey from the current season the opposing team will start the game with a 4-0 lead. This rule is not in effect during the playoffs
- Teams who have 4 players at the time of the start of the game will start the game with 4 players. If a team does not have 4 or more players within 5 minutes of the start time of the game the game will result in a forfeit
- Scheduling request are accepted prior to the start of the season
- We have the right to ban or remove any players, spectators, or anyone else from the league or facility for the day, season, or a lifetime ban from Premier Ball Leagues events
Registration Details
- The $300 team deposit holds teams spots and is used to place each team’s jersey order. The remaining $1075 is due December 27th 11:59 PM. If full payment is not sent in by the above date your team may lose its spot to a team on our waiting list without refund
- The jersey order is being placed on November 29th. The deposit must be sent in prior to this date for customized jerseys. If not, then your team will get an extra set of jerseys we have ordered for you
- To register, teams captains are to complete the Registration Form on the bottom of this page, send in the deposit, then the remaining full payment
- Payment is sent to our Venmo or Cash App - @premierballleaguesnj
Fall Basketball League
- (2) 20 minute running halves. 30 second shot clock in all possessions
- Clock stops under 1 minutes in the first half and 2 minutes in the second half
- 2 timeouts per half. 1 additional timeout is given in overtime. Teams can carry over one unused timeout from the 2nd half to overtime
- 7 team fouls = 1 & 1. 10 team fouls = 2 shots
- 6 personal fouls or 2 technical fouls = ejection
- Overtime is 3 minutes running clock. Clock stops under 2:00.. Double overtime is 2 minutes clock stops under 1:00. Overtime rules are subject to change in the playoffs
