2026 30+ Winter League

• Games for the 2026 Men’s 30+ Winter League are played at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church - 1033 West Park Ave, Ocean Township, NJ 07712
• Season starts January 7th and concludes in late March
• Regular season games are played on Wednesday nights at 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, & 9:00 PM
• Team registration includes: 8 regular season games, playoffs to eligible teams, 2 IAABO referees per game, 11 customized jerseys, social media coverage
• Top 6 teams based off of win percentage make playoffs depending on the amount of teams that are in the league. Playoffs seeding tie breaker is head to head matchup, then strength of wins, then record versus playoff teams, then higher margin of victory, then total points for, then total points against
• Minimum roster size: 7. Maximum roster size: 10
• Any team that forfeits a game will recieve two losses for that game. Any team that forfeits two games is ineligible for the playoffs  
• Teams may add players after the season starts but cannot add players after Week 3. Players who are added to teams after the season starts must play in at least 3 regular season games to be eligible for the playoffs
• A player cannot change teams after he has played in a game with a previous team
• Fill in players are allowed if 4 or fewer rostered players are available for a game. A fill in player cannot be a player on another team in the league
• All players must be at least 30 years old OR 29 and turning 30 in 2026.  If a player who does not meet this age requirement plays in a game they will be removed from the league immediately game will be deducted from the teams final score
• If a player does not wear his PBL provided jersey from this current season the opposing team will start the game with a 4-0 lead

Game Rules

• Two 20 minute running halves. 30 second shot clock on all possessions.
• Clock stops on dead ball calls under 1 minute in first half and under 2 minutes in second half
• First overtime is 3 minutes running clock. Clock stops under 2 minutes. All overtimes after are 2 minutes with the clock stopping under 1 minute
• 2 timeouts per half. 1 per overtime
• 7th team foul = 1 & 1
• 10th team foul = 2 shots
• 6th personal foul or 2 technical fouls = ejection
• There is a 4 point penalty when a player plays in a game without a PBL issued jersey
